SPNS has been the most significant contributor to the lives of both my girls. A fantastic nursery school. The staff are dedicated and look after your child like one of their own. My children have grown and flourished in their care. I've known so many kids to go through this nursery school and they have gone on to flourish at schools thereafter.

This is a truly wonderful pre primary school. It's staff are a dedicated team of people who are amazing with the kids. This pre primary comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from a former parent.

Our Philosophy

Creating a solid foundation. We strive to create a balanced environment, underpinned by our ethos “fun, firm but fair”, where children learn through play, positive reinforcement and natural boundaries. Through our love of children and passion for education, we strive to promote their early development through committed staff, caring attitudes and high integrity.

Development

With a completely integrated approach to learning, we use a variety of activities to encourage social, emotional and cognitive development. Perceptive awareness is cultivated through music, whilst large motor skills are refined through sport at our very own equipped “Jolly Gym”. We welcome the opportunity for parents to share in our group activities, such as Mini Olympics.

Our Classes

The School is divided into five different classes. We cater for the needs of 18 months to 6-year-olds (Grade R / Grade 0)

Additional Information

Newsletters are issued on a monthly basis.
Progress reports are issued twice yearly.
The school provides an early morning snack.
A concert is held annually and all children participate.

Please notify the School when your child is absent from School.
We follow the school calendar of the Government Schools.
No sweets or toys are allowed to be brought to School.

The School cannot be held responsible for any lost property. Kindly return toys, which are accidentally removed by your child.
During school holidays the School will be closed, but we offer a special holiday care during this period. Holiday programmes are sent out before the holidays and parents are asked to indicate on which days their children will be attending the holiday care.
